Very few places make them really well and with incredible flavor. I've yet to find one in Las Vegas. I've found the best ones in Atwater Village near Glendale. El Buen Gusto on Glendale Blvd. The name is everywhere yet this is THE location. No other related locations.

This was wonderful. I do have one tip that my mother taught me, for the cheese she mixes 2-3 cheeses together, the base is always queso fresco, then she will add queso cotija and monterey jack cheese (monzerella would be fine, also oaxacan cheese). I love how you use fresh beans from the olla, it makes a total difference. Hugs and kisses
12:30 When it's time to fold, my papusas go down hill from there. I haven't perfected that yet. I'm getting there tho. I be trying to put alot of cheese in there.

The flour no need salt, no oil and you have to use your fingers to make them flat and you have to wet your hands and repaired with water
The beans have to be volteados and the sauce needs union too and after you cooked together just blended and is ready it’s no need oil
