They are seriously delicious, so please if you are from El Salvador don’t come after me if Im making them wrong 🙈 give me your tips so I can master this recipe 😊 I by no means trying to offend anyone by recreating a recipe out of my culture. Very few places make them really well and with incredible flavor. I've yet to find one in Las Vegas. I've found the best ones in Atwater Village near Glendale. El Buen Gusto on Glendale Blvd. The name is everywhere yet this is THE location. No other related locations.

This was wonderful. I do have one tip that my mother taught me, for the cheese she mixes 2-3 cheeses together, the base is always queso fresco, then she will add queso cotija and monterey jack cheese (monzerella would be fine, also oaxacan cheese). I love how you use fresh beans from the olla, it makes a total difference. Hugs and kisses
