I Love You all, and after watching the old version of this recipe/video let me tell you that I’m very proud of how much we have improved! This is the same recipe I just changed the meat and method of cooking, tbh this is the best pozole I have ever made/ tasted , I can’t find any way to make it any better 🙈 I know a lot of you have tried it based on old video, we cut down on a lot of unneeded clips, straight to the point 😊💕 thank you so much for being part of my family and for allowing me to be part of YOURS!!!

Why would you even tell them to clean the meat first? It's going in boiling water & will only add flavor. I'm positive you have no idea how to cook properly & you just read (someone most likely reads for you) a recipe. I would suggest that you learn how to follow directions, learn to read & also gain at least some knowledge of cooking before posting these videos. The people that follow this garbage won't realize how good the food they're trying to prepare is because of your awful cooking practices.
Edit: "Generally speaking, IT IS A BAD idea to wash meat. Washing it will NOT kill all of the bacteria but WILL increase the risk of spreading potentially harmful bacteria.
Cooking tip: Cut onions and garlic in half for maximum flavor.

When I make my chile for the posole, I use some of the garlic and some of the onion that's already been cooking with the meat, this way it's more flavorful and doesn't all go to waste 🙂

I’ve made this pozole and it came out delicious thank you 🙏🏼💕 now I wanna know how do I store it for the recalentado?? Once I make it and it’s hot and people want more that same day do I boil it again or each person heat a bowl? And then at night do I leave it to cool overnight? Or put it in the fridge? Then in the morning boil it on high? It’s so confusing but saving and storing it es otro rollo 😅 help!!

I will try this one too, I notice you put the sauce on your hand to do a taste test 🙂 I do the same thing, I learned that trick from my mom maybe it’s a Hispanic thing🙂 thanks for your videos keep making more.
