I just made this and it is delicious! I use my IP almost everyday, but I never thought of using it for cabbage. My sons thank you because the whole house doesn't have that cabbage-y smell. Yeah! Win-Win.

Spinach will help your blood sugar go down you need to eat some spinach every single day whether it’s in a salad or frozen spinach that you steamed I would not recommend eating canned spinach there’s a lot of salt in that crap but spinach does help a lot

Hi this is the first video I have watched from you but thought I’d let you know a very good friend of mine had terrible out of control type 2 diabetes and has gotten his levels so low from taking berberine. He used to take metformin and was on the verge of needing insulin but switched to this natural supplement. I have pcos which makes me insulin resistant and am going to discuss switching to berberine with my doctor, currently I take metformin. Maybe talk with your doctor or endocrinologist to see what they think?

Have you tried Tumeric Curcumin with black pepper in it? My daughter is diabetic and she started using it and it has lowered her sugar levels. I take it too but not diabetic and really helps with pain and inflammation.

Wow ….that is way too much sodium. Kosher salt, boullion, and broth! Plus the butter….cabbage can be really good with fresh garlic, onions, jalepeno, and mrs. Dash with a little salt….you can add carrots, green/red peppers as well too! I pray you get some great guidance on managing your sugars better. You will WIN!!!!

We absolutely LOOOOOVE our Instant Pot.>>>ur2.pl/1046 We got it on Prime day and have used it every day since. Like most people, we fell into a rut of making the same meals over and over. The Instant Pot has opened up a whole new world for us. We are still discovering new recipes and having a lot of fun. If you are considering one of these, don't hesitate. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Debbie, LOVED that Video. I am a cooked cabbage/carrots/eater. I LOVE my Instant Pot and use it a LOT, but still at the experimenting and learning stage. I am going to try just the cabbage in the IP next time like you did to cook it. That will save a tremendous amount of time and work to do it that way. I am not much on all the seasonings because I add sweet Bavarian sauerkraut to the cabbage for flavoring. My sugars have been really good by keeping a close watch on the carbs and NO snacking after 6PM. Then at 6AM my glucose reading is around 90-100-110 etc. I always wait at least 2 hours after eating to check. If I am eating something that makes my sugars too high, I lay low by eating steamed veggies with small amount of other low carbs to go with.

Debbie I cant express to you how much I LOVE your channel! You are one of my most favorite youtubers. I like that you are so real and down to earth. I feel like I'm just hanging out with you when I watch your videos. I hope that everything goes well with your diabetes. Something to consider would be to eat smaller meals more frequently. That way you will always have something in your system.
