I love this gluten free recipe, even though it lacked any gluten, before you weaved magic into it. I can see the pieces of brittle stacked in a straw basket, waiting to be gifted. A bow on the top of the basket and it looks a million dollars. Thanks for sharing another gift from your kitchen.

Oh my goodness, Jill, I haven't had peanut brittle for decades! My family used to make it for the holidays, decades ago when I was growing up. Love it! It is such a nice treat! I posted this on Facebook for my siblings! ha I haven't been getting all of your video notifications so I unsubscribed and then resubscribed and hit the notification bell. That should solve the issue. Thanks for a great timely video! You are the best! With all your delicious cooking, your hubby is 'eating good in the neighborhood' and is going to have to watch his weight! ha 🤣 Cheers and Merry Christmas! 🎄🎁🦌☃🏂

Hello Jilly G . For the past two days we have been enjoying Pumpkin Black Bean Chili for dinner. All gone. Great recipe. Peanut Brittle is something we've not made since we were kids.
Often times we would buy it at a Food Fair when it's available. You made it so simple to make it with so few ingredients. A great holiday snack for our niece and nephews and their children.
We will let you know what they think. And you know kids will let you know how good or bad they are. Be Well dear friend 🙏❤🙏 Sending you much love from Richmond, Va. Jim, Harriet and Yuki

I love how you explain everything so thoroughly & how you begin by stating all of the ingredients. You mention things that I wouldn't have thought of & are so helpful to know. Thank you! 👋
