    Salami and scallops sounds weird at first, but bacon-wrapped scallops are quite popular. Salami isn't that different. It might be a stretch to call it a salad, but it looks delicious. I love Julia at Home.

    I have never had scallops, I feel a bit intimidated and worry I won't like them. I have always had difficulty trying new foods. I only tried sushi for the first time 10 years ago, and I love it! The problem is that I eat so much when getting sushi!! Haha I remember disliking seared tuna a lot, swapped my plate for my husbands'. I will have to find a good restaurant to try them at first. 🙂 This looks delicious!
