    Thanks for the recipe…Here are glaring observations ….any other veggies added to the meat….onions….potatoes….and tomatoes…..red or green chili’s ?how much of water is a jug of water?when do you add the salt…..curry leaves….bay leaves ?and sugar for the sweetness and lemon juice for tartness….any apple cider vinegar. I have gone thru ten recipes on line …..Indian style ….Pakistani style. And what broke the final straw…..what do you eat this with….plain rice…rotis or chappathi….all these are mentioned in other recipes. Thanks for sharing
