That's a good suggestion of freezing the chocolate cookie crumbs to be used for another recipe or another chocolate cheesecake again!
This recipe looks YUMMY! I love the simple ingredients.
I'm going to try this recipe, but I'll be using a store-bought GF Oreo Cookies and store the leftover cookies. 😋💖😊

This looks wonderful! I am still looking through your cookbook, I love it! I wanted to try the chocolate chip cookies! I did make them! Then I took them to my Wednesday night church and the people there loved them! Have you tried Lilly brand chocolate chips? They are dairy free! Thanks fir your great vlog! I have been watching some of your older shows, you are more relaxed now! Love the vlogs!

Hi Jilly J. I just want to mention that the Lasagna recipe that I made for the relatives over the weekend was a big hit. There were no leftovers. The chocolate cheesecake would have been a
great compliment to the Lasagna had I seen this video sooner. Definitely a dessert that I will add to my many creations Thanks to you Jilly G. Sending you lots of love. Jim and Harriet💖💖

Thanks Jill. It looks divine. Also great tip on melting the chocolate. I had mine seize several times before I got the hang of it when I started baking. I really love sour cream topping on cheesecake, super yummy.
