This was a great video! I just love your stories. I was just like you the first time I used the Instant Pot. You did a great job. Haven't made beef and noodles for a long time, though it's one of my favorite meals and definitely a favorite childhood memory. (especially using my grandma"s homemade noodles) I was taught to make mine using an old fashioned stove top pressure cooker….but I just bought a Carey electric canner/cooker….and beef and noodles may just have to be my 1st meal utilizing the pressure cooker mode. Now you've got me craving beef and noodles!
