    Yay, someone knows what Hominy is. That looks so good. 🙂 I have better than bouillon soup base. That stuff is so yummy. I almost have everything for this. Nothing like butter and pasta. 😁 I have regular bell peppers. I may have to try this. Yum.

    I've never had hominy with anything in a recipebefore. Just hominy itself. You could really hear it sizzle as you cooked. I maybe woulda cooked a little less but smart anyways.
