Hi!!! Thank you so much for sharing these wonderful recipes! My mother never cooked Mexican food at home, but my husband says keep them coming. I have a question about your blender when I make your recipes with dried Chiles like barbarco I have to strain it. I don't want to do that any more, what blender do you use?

Hi Stephanie! I haven’t tuned in for a while, life has had me busy with my kids especially my little one on the spectrum. I totally HAVE A REQUEST, can you please do a version of oxtails? As a little black girl who grew up in Phoenix Arizona I have a lot of friends who come from Mexican heritage and I was amazed in my youth to find out that they also loved oxtails!! But I don’t know how to make it the way their parents would make it as it taste different than how my mother made it and a southern/Jamaican style. Can you please do a video on this recipe? I know both communities will love you for it! Thank you, love you! XOXO!

omg! i had to google what epazote was in english!
Epazote is a herb commonly found in Mexican cuisine (pronounced eh-puh-ZOE-tay). It is also known as hedge mustard, Jerusalem parsley, Mexican tea, pazote, pigweed, West Indian goosefoot, and wormseed. Typically you will find this ingredient for sale with other dried herbs in Mexican tiendas,

I have been making a lot of your recipes girl and this is just top noche, I used my slow cooker to make this and it was insanely good. I gave a taste to my husband and he took my bowl from me lol. I grew up with my Mexican mom and everything you make makes me think of my childhood.

I know for a FACT that rven if I made this myself, exactly the same way, it still wouldn't taste as good. I love the way you enjoy eating the food at the end, it's always my favorite part! I love when other people enjoy eating my food, its so rewarding. Please open a restaurant or a food truck so I can have a chance to taste your delicious food! Please! 🙏 💜

That looks so delicious but sadly I am not able to eat corn due to me having diverticulitis. I have to remove seeds from everything and I can't even eat nuts which really suck.
Keep up with all the amazing dishes.

Please talk more about chile tepines in a future video. I would really love to see the plant they come from. When i was a kid in South Texas there was a chile that grew wild. I thought they were called chile petines, but now as an adult, I'm sure I heard it wrong. I'm not sure if they were chile tepines or chile pequins, but I love them and want to know what to buy because I live in a different climate now where they do not grow wild.

I have some chicken in the freezer right now and also have canned corn also and do love eating chicken cooked in the Instant Pot and make chicken and rice or chicken rice-a-roni. I have never eaten it the way you described and we don't have the one item you mentioned in the recipe and we don't have any Mexican stores in the area, but do have Wal-Marts.
