I have to tell you my "secret" ingredient. It's curry powder. Just a little goes a long way and too much will ruin the egg salad. Start out with a small amount, 1/4 tsp and add a little more if you can't taste it. Try it sometime. I'll give the steak sauce a try as well. Thanks for sharing. Take care.
I loooove egg salad!!! 😋👍🌻 My personal add, aside from the obvious mustard, is a smidge of tarragon leaves… It adds a really nice touch. Toast rules for sure, unless you can obtain a super onion bagel from the bagel shop!!, fresh and hot. Ohhhh it's so delicious.

Ive always used Worcester sauce
I use Worcestershire sauce in my egg salad and deviled eggs. It adds some tang and a little salty goodness. I will have to try A1 sometime,😊

Miracle Whip, Yellow Mustard, Dill Relish, Chopped Onion, Pinch of garlic, and for fun, Italian Seasoning, or Red Pepper Flakes, or Water Chestnut, or whatever strikes my fance that day.
