I don't have an InstantPot – it's amazing how quick that cooked! Red lentils are one of my favorites, I think they are so flavorful.

WOW I had NO IDEA you could make soup in 5 minutes in the insta pot! I don't have one yet – been trying to avoid buying all the latest appliances, although I did recently buy an air fryer. But that's seriously crazy fast!
