    So well done… I make my beef stew almost identical to your except I put 1.5 glass red wine and 0.5 cup port for a bit of sweetness… I also then let it sit in the fridge overnight for the flavors to meld and for any excess fat from the beef to solidify on top.. then remove that before reheating… enjoy mate
