Too often I fail to plan ahead and I want my Keto Chow immediately. In that situation, put everything in a Nutribullet blender bottle and replace some of the water with an equal amount of ice. A tasty, thick, frosty keto friendly shake is ready in just a couple of minutes.

I found by using a set three tanks pure powdered butter works and Taste better . I always had butter clumps when I used real butter even if I melted it and let that sit a while to cool . Or added the melted butter to a little warm water then shook it then added the water to fill and and shook again . Next day I still had butter bits . However with powdered butter it tastes so so much better and zero butter bits . Just sayin….. god bless

I love love love keto chow icecream!!!
I mix in 1/4 tsp tara gum to the keto chow before adding to the liquid. Makes the shake extra thick and the icecream extra creamy. Just the way I like it 😊

Overnight is SO GOOD!!! I have not found a flavor I don’t LOVE! I have several blender bottles, make them up, and refrigerate. This is so simple!!Beginners . . . when you’re ready, try chaffles, pancakes, ICE CREAM!!!! This is the easiest diet I have ever been on. Major results. NO DEPREDATION!!!
