I am soooo sad, that I can´t eat cilantro (tastes like soap for me) 🙁 I don´t even know how it tastes, but the green inside the taco makes it look already soooo much better! Haven´t found a good alternative yet that I feel, fits the taste of everything else (parsley doesn´t work in most cases I´ve tried)…

I used to get something called carna Ranchero when I was stationed in San Antonio, TX from the supermercado Mexicano. How different is the marinade?

Can you show how to do Tacos de Lengua? They are my favorite served with radishes, cilantro & and lime,

I lived in Guanajuato City for almost a year. The street tacos were amazing and very inexpensive. Your cooking reminds my wife and I of all the great food we had down there.
