I made this today for a Thanksgiving dessert. I was hesitant so I only made a couple, and made puff pastry with red bean filling for most of the people. This was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be, and although I’d had it in Japan and just loved it, I had no idea EVERYBODY would go crazy for it. Silly me.
