I have the bonito flavored soy sauce which I use for natto. I am in Portland, OR and even at Uwajimaya it isn't stocked. They have bonito flavored seasoning sauce. Will that also work?

Hi everyone! I'm doing a project for my college class where I research the online community of Japanese food bloggers/Youtubers and their followers. I've already reached out to Nami and she's been wonderful, but I'm also interested in hearing from the perspective of viewers. Would anyone be willing to talk to me and answer a few questions?

This looks so delicious and so fast! My family usually enjoys rice, but lately due to a general shortage of rice we’ve been diversifying our meals. Thank you for sharing and please stay safe too 🙂
