For those who're interested in what I'm eating with… It's just thinly sliced beef that is simply cooked with my Teppanyaki/Yakiniku Sauce (Recipe: https://www.justonecookbook.com/teppanyaki/).

Love your beautiful cookware and dishes! Japanese elegant pottery and ceramic! Let foods looked even more delicious! 😍
Other than releasing the flavor in the cooking process – what do you use the trimmed cob for that you took out before adding the butter? At the least Id eat what is left on it – didn't know if it might be reserved for a different dish or in a soup for flavor or something. Great video – thanks for making it.
This looks so good. Can it be done in the rice cooker?
shoud I use ripe (sweet) corn or "green" (still unripe and not so sweet) corn? Thanks!
Haja
Looks amazing. Any chance we can use frozen corn?
To make good rice, one must be diligent in rice washing!
Interesting stew pot you got there. Looks a lot like the Korean clay/earthenware pots.

looks delicious thanks
Yum yum 😋😋😋 I will try it mam
Can I use a rice cooker instead?
Yummy!😍 To me it also seems like any leftovers of this rice would make some really delicious onigiri. 🤤

Great idea to make corn rice. Thanks!
Looks like comfort food, so delicious.
WOW! I didn't even know that this combination could be a meal! And I use these ingredients most days! I shall definitely try this one. Thank you again, Nami! Oh by the way. Does the sliced beef cooked with Teppanyaki/Yakiniku Sauce compliment the flavor of the corn rice or was did you just add it as an additional item to the meal?
It 's like rincing gold nuggets
Omg, this looks so oishii! 😋 Domo arigato Namichan!
One of my favorite sick/comfort foods has always been rice and creamed corn with soy sauce and butter. Other than the "creamed" part this is really similar to what I've eated before. I am excited to try this recipe. I saw the video and I yelled "see!! I'm not weird" to my fiancé who had never had corn and rice together before. Thank you for this video. Every one is calming, aesthetically pleasing, and so easy to follow.
I am definitely gonna make this. They had a something very similar in the bento section of the Aeon near where I lived and it was one of the best things I found in Japan. The only difference is there was little bits of pork mixed in the rice and a sprinkle of nori on top.
Thank you for the recipe!
Deliciously simple recipe. Thank you for the upload.
Omg this is such a funny coincidence, I was just thinking about what I wanted for dinner tonight. I knew I had rice and corn in my pantry, but I wasn’t sure if I could make a dish from them.
So thanks for the inspiration! 🍚🌽
✨OMG, This is what I NEED✨
Thank you so much
I'm growing my own sweet corn this year and once it's ripe I'll definitely try your recipe.
quick question: do you cook the cobs with the rice for flavor? and than throw them away?
Fantastic recipe
Butter and rice is already a no brainer, this will probably taste amazing!
Love! Great summer eats.
Please make Corn Potage too.
This looks like serious comfort food. 🙂
