Hi Natasha, if you take the cherry tomatoes and lay a saucer over them, then with your knife cut between the cutting board and saucer right thru those tomatoes and voila, sliced tomatoes. It’s an old restaurant trick we use.

I use 2 lids from Cool Whip containers. Bottom lid upside down and fill with tomatoes. Take the other lid on top and use a very sharp knife to slice between the two lids. Wala !!
