Nobody in Italy would chop basil on a cutting board and leave the flavor on the board!! Why would you drain the excess tomato juice?? And please press the garlic and don't chop it. Nobody wants to bite on a raw garlic. Balsamic in a Bruschetta? Where in Italy they do that? And the worst part is cheese on a bruschetta 🤮🤮. You are killing all the fresh tomato and basil flavor.
