Matt, I got an Instant Pot for Christmas and made these ribs for me & my husband tonight. Wow, talk about delicious! I used a rub of only sea salt & garlic powder, then broiled them with only ketchup brushed on. We really enjoyed them. Can't wait to make them again! I passed your video on to our daughter and son-in-law who will surely enjoy them also.

Oh wow! We got an instapot from my inlaws a while ago and its been used a couple times by my wife. I never could think of what I would use it for but now you have been an inspiration to me. And to think we went out for ribs last night… Oh well, more ribs won't hurt us. Oh yeah I would season and sauce the bottom too just because.
