How to Make Instant Pot Pressure Cooker BBQ Mississippi Pot Roast Using 8qt Instant Pot Duo (120)
Ingredients:
3-3.5 lbs chuck roast
1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
6-10 Pepperoncini, plus the juice (1/2 cup)
Better Than Bouillon Beef Flavor (1/2 cup)
1 Stick of Unsalted Butter
Add all ingredients to pressure cooker. Cook on high pressure for 90 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.

Yum!!! So making this next week 🙂 This turned out beautifully and I like the addition of bbq 🙂 I am in a fight with my instant pot lol…it is counting down even though it is not to pressure 🙁 I have a ton of ideas for troubleshooting, but I just haven't tried them yet.

Wish I had bought the 8qt, that way I could have got rid of my slow cooker.
