Hi Kristin. This looks great but my wife does not like ricotta cheese. She says it's too dry. When she makes lasagna she substitutes cottage cheese instead. Will this still work in the instant pot? Thanks. -Chuck

I set it for 24 minutes but noodles weren't done. Especially the top layer. I pressure cooked for another 8 minutes and the noodles still weren't soft all the way through. I used no boil lasagna, made sure everything was covered with ingredients and covered with foil. I did a quick release, was I supposed to do a NPR?

Another great video Kristin! I've been watching your videos for years and have enjoyed using my instant pot with your recipes. My favorites so far are your potato salad, spaghetti, cheesecake and pulled pork. I finally tried making this lasagna tonight and it turned out pretty good. Some of the noodles were a little harder than others. I didn't have spinach so skipped that, also used cottage cheese instead of ricotta. My springform pan (no need to spray it) always leaks so I put tinfoil underneath and wrapped it around. Added some browned ground Turkey for some protein (put it in under the sauce). Definitely a good recipe that is pretty easy to make. Thanks for sharing and I look forward to seeing more videos!
