I love Instapot Mondays! They are my new favorite thing. Thank you.

Hi Kristin. This looks great but my wife does not like ricotta cheese. She says it's too dry. When she makes lasagna she substitutes cottage cheese instead. Will this still work in the instant pot? Thanks. -Chuck

Love your recipes, everyone I’ve tried have been real winners. Thank you so much.
About how many people would this feed?
Sorry if this has already been asked. What if I use a rack to cook two such dishes at one time? Is that possible?
Love the recipe. A bit annoying though to write it by hand since your website has a different lasagna instant pot recipe
Do you have the recipe printed anywhere? I've searched your site and can't find it for the life of me! Thank you!
Yum. Yum. Yum. Thank you! So easy!
can i use gluten free noodles?
I just made this for dinner tonight.
It came out Great! The only thing I changed was that I used a meat and mushroom sauce and I reduced the cook time to 22 minutes. I will make this dish again. 😋
What's with that empty kitchen.
Also, I'd love this channel more if it was more health focused. All of your ingredients are like maximum sodium name brand garbage.
I would add soft tofu to the cheese. Adds protein and you can't taste it!! Yum!
I set it for 24 minutes but noodles weren't done. Especially the top layer. I pressure cooked for another 8 minutes and the noodles still weren't soft all the way through. I used no boil lasagna, made sure everything was covered with ingredients and covered with foil. I did a quick release, was I supposed to do a NPR?
Another great video Kristin! I've been watching your videos for years and have enjoyed using my instant pot with your recipes. My favorites so far are your potato salad, spaghetti, cheesecake and pulled pork. I finally tried making this lasagna tonight and it turned out pretty good. Some of the noodles were a little harder than others. I didn't have spinach so skipped that, also used cottage cheese instead of ricotta. My springform pan (no need to spray it) always leaks so I put tinfoil underneath and wrapped it around. Added some browned ground Turkey for some protein (put it in under the sauce). Definitely a good recipe that is pretty easy to make. Thanks for sharing and I look forward to seeing more videos!
Are these recipes written down anywhere?
Wowsa there really is 6 sisters
I have to do this!!!!
If using frozen cheese ravioli rather than the ricotta and no bake lasagna noodles and one of the Stack and Bake pans, what would you suggest for the cooking time?
Is this recipe available on your web site?
Can’t wait to try it!
I’m addicted to your channel. Can’t wait to try lasagna 🥰
Where is the recipe?
My noodles turned out hard?
Would broiling also work for browning the cheese or is there another reason you opt to preheat the oven to 450?
My springload is 8” and a snug fit in my 8” instant pot …will that work or should I go with a 7” pan?
