The recipe looks great, but I imagine this is neither shelf stable, nor has a long shelf life, and therefore lacking the element of convenience which is essential for instant noodles

How long will it last, jarred and in the fridge. That’s a great idea to have it for my mom. She’s recovering from 2 broken feet and can use something super simple like this. This has to be 100x better tasting, and for her in general, than top ramen or cup o noodles!!!!
Mandy, you may shout as much is you want about non-stick cookware only, but I have neither the means nor the inclination to give up my stainless steel and cast iron, with which I've been cooking for the last forty-five years. It may be that you will have to reconcile yourself to the state of affairs, because all that continuing to shout will do is annoy me.
These would be good with shirataki noodles as well!!
