Hi FoodyTuby!! I am new to your channel. I always wish to try some hot pot, but here in my area it is very expensive to eat it in restaurants. So I will try this AT HOME. One question: I know hotpot is usually very spicy… Is your recipe spicy as well? I am a chicken to the heat lol… Thanks for your reply!

Hi! I want to try this, this is fun because I never seen this style here in Kansai.Where you learn your shabu-shabu hotpot style? I mean where you from? I what to know in what place your shabu-shabu style is, I if I make it for husband he'll be surprise😁. In Kansai we use goma souce or ponzu separately and in shabu-shabu we use buta (pork) and dip the in a few seconds only with boild water with dashi and kombu . We use beef for sukiyaki. And in nabe(Japanese traditional hotpot wich they use a pot made in clay) we use seafood like fish, shrimp, kani (crab )etc, or meat like pork and chicken. try it too its healthy and simple. Kansai loves simple taste Kanto people they prepare koime (dense), like their oden the color of soup is black but in Kansai it lighter than the color of uron tea.

This video of your is interesting, I want to know more of different styles and cooking in the whole country, like Okinawa, Hiroshima, Sapporo, Aomori and more.
