    Disappointing, the Monk fruit that you linked to is different than the package that you show, this Monk fruit on Amazon has some Monk fruit but it’s mostly sugar alcohols like erythritol which are questionable …

    Tomato paste is concentrated tomatoes of course. So the natural fructose in tomatoes is considered low enough to still be keto? I agree I like monk fruit best. You have to read the ingredients though. Some contain erythitol (alcohol sugar) and some don't digest it well.

    By all means this tastes awesome and reccomend everyone try it but to my palate it came ou tasting a little too close to bbq sauce then again I use tomatoe puree and not paste and water because it was available to me and thought itd work if I omitted half the water

    YUM! Thank you for this recipe. Already made it twice. Even if I weren’t interested in clean eating I would still make this. Much better than store bought. If you could just help me out with a cocktail sauce I would be forever grateful.
