we make something like these, too! i found those tiny dehydrated marshmallows in the baking aisle of a local store and add them in for rocky road granola.. lol.. going to try this recipe next! need to buy a good knife sharpener for your knives.. lol <3 🙂

I make these however instead of putting them in a pan to form one large unit…I form them into shapes before putting them in a freezer so there is no cutting afterwards. You can also dip them in chocolate or caramel on one side and put back in the freezer again for about 30minutes. My boys loved them dipped.
