    白紅羅蔔,小黃瓜,切絲,牛肉切絲,醬油,之麻,香油,小黃瓜入鍋炒,紅羅蔔炒,加牛肉炒,黃豆芽加之麻加香油加蒜末拌勻,波菜燙加鹽滾水,燙後,濾網川涮清涼水備用,加香油,加白芝麻,加蒜末,拌勻,煎荷包蛋,陶鍋加黑之麻油加熱,放入白飯煎熱有香味,加入黃豆芽,加青菜,加紅羅蔔絲,加白羅蔔絲,加牛肉絲,中間擺半面荷包蛋,灑上香油,辣椒醬,韓式拌飯,完成了!
