Very nice recipe and video! I cook lots of soup and am tired of my recipe and this is perfect! I love watching cooking videos and cooking is now a fun hobby for me now that my children have grown. As much as I love some of the personalities in the videos, tonight ( really early am I mean, lol!) I just wanted a to the point recipe so I can cut it down for 2 people and cook it now.
