Vincenzo help help! I’ve tried making potato gnocchi twice now, once with eggs and cooking the potato’s in the oven, and once without using eggs and boiling the potato’s but my gnocchi comes out very soft. I would always by store bought and these seem to be firmer. Do you have any suggestions to make them firmer or are fresh home made ones meant to be quite soft? Love your work btw 👍👍
