    All i can say is it's modern. Yet..in today's life style do you REALLY have to go through all this utterly time consuming process just to make orange duck for friends and family and who's going to help you in the kitchen to prepare the other meals.. I mean duck will not be the only dish on your plate. Great modern recipe but you completely forgot it does not tailor to modern life style. Chinese take out or pizza will do the job.
