Being from the Denver area and a serious coffee lover, it's interesting that I have not heard of Huckleberry Roasters. Sounds like a road trip tomorrow. 😀 I'll have to try the Civitas blend.

From the photo in thumbnail, I thought these were pumpkin cookies of some kind and got excited for autumn already! 😅

I will have to give these a try for sure. All of your recipes so far have been a great hit.

If you don't put pickle relish in your deviled eggs, you are missing out (thanks Grandma for always making the best deviled eggs ever).

Will likely try this with some sugar free pickle relish added to the yolk/mayo/mustard mix… but I am all for mixing up what goes in this mix though, roasted red pepper is probably good. I like doing some diced jalapenos and bacon bits mixed in sometimes, and adding some shredded cheese to it is good too. And I sprinkle the paprika on top. But to each their own! May be better to double batter them egg whites too.
    Great idea on the recipe!

I haven't fried the eggs yet, but my brother and I just fried some green tomatoes. Rather than 3 separate bowls, we combined the eggs (we used 2) with milk and also combined the flour and pork rinds together. They were SO delicious and crunchy. I always go for simplicity!😂

What a great idea!! I’m wondering if instead of avocado oil, you could use rendered pork fat to fry the eggs?

Have you ever tried hard boiled eggs in the air fryer? Only way I make mine anymore, so easy, no mess and peel great! 250 degrees for 15 mins then cold bath right away.
