    I made this and it was a bit too rich. I would lessen the parmesan cheese to 1/2 cup and use 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 cup of water. It had great flavor with the sundried tomatoes. But the oil from the tomatoes, the cheese, and cream was just bit too much. It did really taste good tho!!

    Can you make this with a store bought pregrated parm cheese, not a freshly grated one ? I’ve read that pregrated cheddar doesn’t work well for things like mac&cheese since there’s more stuff added to it to keep it fresh, so wondering the same about the parm cheese.
