    I just made this Chicken Noodle Soup. It came out great. Cooked in my Power Pressure Cooker XL
    1 bag BearCreek Chicken Noodle Soup Mix (HEB)
    6 Boneless Skinless chicken thighs cutup
    ½ cup Cornstarch
    1 Sweet onion
    1 Green pepper
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 Inch ginger minced
    1 cup frozen Corn
    1 Cup frozen Peas
    1 cup chicken stock
    6 cups water
    Spices: Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle salt free, Parsley flakes, Basil leaves minced, Freeze-Dried chives, Pepper Supreme—Black, Red, White, & Pink Peppercorns.
    Turned on the Pressure Cooker Chicken/Meat button let it warm up and seared the chicken with cornstarch & onion and ginger.  Add the rest put on the lid cooked for 15 minutes—done.

    I have never Browned my chicken before making a chicken soup of any kind. You want that chicken to be white and seriously tender. it looks like Frogmore stew not chicken soup. Infomercial

    can you add a Thai noodle soup video? got the cook book and has ingredients but instructions are kielbasa and cabbage not Thai noodle soup not sure how can miss an error like that

    I have this cooker, it works great, but the down fall is that after the 3rd time washing the lid in normal dish soap and warm water, the markings on and around the vent all came off. Also , maybe you could show the correct side the gasket fits back onto the silver plate before snapping it back down to the lid, I didn't realize the sides were different.
