Hey guys. I just want to explain the reason I love my Instant Pot so much. I am gone from the house for 10-12 hours at a shot with my job. At least 4 days a week, I don't get home until 800 at night. It was so hard for me to plan meals because I never knew from one day to another what time I would be home that night. I can't tell you how many times I ended up throwing out meat because I got home so late several days in a row and just couldn't cook it. Now, I can get home at 8, take my meat out of the freezer, and have it ready in an hour or so while I'm showering and preparing for the next day. I am rarely home long enough to slow cook a meal in the oven for hours. LOL! It may not work for everyone, but with our current lifestyle, the Instant Pot is a real life saver and a money saver. Your ideas have been a great help too and we rarely eat out anymore.

Kind of funny because I first came across your videos while looking for Instant Pot videos.

Thanks for your help and encouragement. We all have to figure out what works for us and you share so many ideas to think about. I really love your family!

This is a such a great, easy recipe- I made it for my Kindergartener’s classroom for a party but one of the students couldn’t do butter, so I just used vegetable oil in place of the butter-margarine and it worked great! That’s truly one of the reasons your recipes are so great-they’re very forgiving and flexible. Great to see you Jill!! Merry Christmas to all of you!!

I so agree with you about the sugar. I also add a bit of sugar to my corn when I do it on or off the cob. If on the cob, I soak the corn, husk and all, in sugar water for about 3 mins, then I cook it on the grill or in my microwave. Makes wonderful corn.

I love everything you and your Mom publish. Love all the new planner things also, but already bought my planner etc. for next year. ☹️ Do you sell the just the aprons separate? Love it. Also, do you have any air fryer recipes?❤️👵🏻☕️🐶

This year I didn't follow the traditional recipe, I used crispix, pretzel sticks, triscuits (I broke them into quarters), and mixed nuts. I use just butter, Worcestershire sauce and Lawry's seasoned salt. When God shows up, the demons flee. Have a great day.

we are skipping Christmas gift this year and focusing on food ,family and games . We are doing stockings and I spend about $ 35 a stocking this year since we are not doing presents.( in the stockings I buy $ 1 candy at wall-mart, then chap stick, hand cream, and a $ 15 gift card for like taco bell or some fast food place so they can get lunch when at work, and I did do a tee shirt which I will roll and slide in the stocking then fill the center of the roll with candy and a gift card.

I cooked your Slow Cooked Roast the other day, DELICIOUS. I did add about half a soup can of water to get more of the soup out of the can. I also started with an almost frozen roast. So easy and tasty. Thank you.
