    Lots of uses for whey! You can bring it to a boil, add a small amount of lemon juice or vinegar and make ricotta. You can pour it around tomato plants. Put it on your compost. Feed to chickens and pigs. Use in place of water in your waffles & pancake recipes. Use in smoothies for extra protein. Keep refrigerated in a jar. Please don’t put down the drain! A great source to use around the home and farm.
