Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I had no idea how easy it is to do this and then prepare paneer. I was lucky a few months ago and was able to get several blocks of paneer on sale regularly over $5 on for a $1 each and froze them. I had no idea if they would be okay but they were perfectly fine and now my stash is almost gone. So wonderful to know how easily now I can make fresh paneer right at home!
