    These are absolutely must! I made them from potato croquettes we buy in bulk- just defrosted a needed amount and blended it until a smooth mass. Did the same with the cheese- just a regular, young Gouda- cut in cubes first and then blended to crumbs. Added vegan ham- guess what! They turned up just heavenly! Next time, will try to make them with vegan cheese (did not have that one at the time).
    Thank you for the recipe, it's fast and delicious to make at the end of a busy working day from bought croquettes you pull out of your freezer.
