You should also try making galbi jjim ramen. You'd be a first.
Yes, there are some taco trucks in LA that serve birria ramen. I first saw it on Dan vs World channel.

Hey James and Mark! Cool to see Mark created this Birria Ramen dish! It looks so beautiful and love the contrast in colors in the dish. As you both know you eat with your eyes first. Glad to hear you guys loved it so much. It looked so tasty! Butters was eyeing those runny eggs! BTW loving James blonde hair. You are like a white boy now! Great video and love you guys to the moon!💖🌛

Mark you are a thoughtful creator of this dish. One day I’ll make, and maybe add thin cabbage noodles like in Birria just for a texture plus ramen noodles., of course. Great job Mark.

James, you are a great salesperson cuz you looked like you are in heaven slurping Marks creation. 👍

When I was a kid, I recall Birria stands but more geared to the drunks of the night and it was goat, so I always swayed away, but now the beef Birria is the new modern version. Viva la Birria 👍😀🙏
