The only way I could ever tolerate cauliflower is when its drowned in cheese sauce. Our family usually has cauliflower in cheese sauce on special occasions such as birthday meals, Easter, Xmas etc. These two recipes look very tempting though. I have found a few recipes on how to make your own tofu and you said these sauces go well with these too – super… adding to my recipe book (on my phone).
