for those who want to use dairy, buttermilk is traditional in banana bread, and you'll get a moister end product.
So make bananas foster and put it in your bread. π

Very nice, perhaps could use more bananas for moisture as it looked a bit dry, or some other neutral ingredient like apple or finely chopped raisins?

Since the title doesn't state it's a vegan recipe, it might be worth adding whether or not regular milk and butter work in this recipe's description. Even if they aren't being used in the video. I'm betting a lot of people that stumble on this aren't going to have soy milk or vegan butter on hand. Also not having vegan in the title seems odd since people looking for vegan banana bread seems like this recipes target audience.
Could I use the same amount of whole milk and real butter? I would love to make this.
