I absolutely LOVE Fall food, well sweets. Caramel apples are my favorites, after pumpkin… whatever. My favorite apples are Honey Crisp. I haven’t found a place that uses red apples. I cheated the other day and just melted Kraft caramels. They were fine, not hit it out of the park, but fine. The caramel was hard, not soft and chewy. I made your pumpkin muffins tonight in my mini Bundt muffin tin and they are a smash hit! I’m going to make your caramel apples next week. I hope to blow my last batch out of the water.
