I love this fish. I just wanted to let you know that in this video your voice is lost in the noise of the frying pan so you can prevent this the next time. Other than that I love your instructions in this recipe

I honestly believe that inviting friends to share a meal u grew up with makes their experience more enjoyable. Adding the story of y it's a family favorite gives respect to gram gram or poppa

Thanks for this video, I have made a version of this with ground beef, I know not the right way but I googled ground beef recipes because I wanted something other than tacos or spaghetti and meatballs lol, and it came up as an alternative a for fast and delicious meal. Tried once with steak and it wasn't as good (flavours still delicious) now I know why, I didn't have the right cut. Looking up Korean grocery near me ASAP.

I’m sure it tastes as delicious as it looks, but sadly too unhealthy for me, because the honey, sugar, meat combo in dry high-heat will create a ton of advance glycation end-products (AGEs) that are associated with every major disease killing us right now. Then there’s the sesame oil, which as a PUFA (polyunsaturated fat) will badly oxidise in the heat and when ingested will create oxidised-LDL that causes atherosclerosis. Such a shame as it looks so tempting.
