I make these for my hubby a lot. If I don’t have time to use fresh potatoes, I add store bought southern hash browns. Top with cilantro and cheese and he’s a happy camper

I’ve been a sub for years….so, by now, we’re family 😁 You have remained consistent in being so authentic and you always make me miss my Tex-Mex roots. My husband (who is Black), our 4 yr old daughter and I, will be headed to San Antonio in April. I can’t wait for them to experience tacos of all kinds 😋

I watch your vids constantly and like 80% of the time, I use your recipes. Thank you so much for sharing 🤗

I LOVE chorizo. We grew up eating this. My mom was from Arizona and her mom use to make the chorizo and huevos with papas for breakfast and dinner for her and her siblings.
My mom grew up with alot of Mexican schoolmates who would share their lunches with her. She learned to eat this way. Her older brothers ended up marrying Mexican women. During Summer vacations to Mesa Arizona in the 70s, to visit her brothers and wives(my beautiful Aunties) we'd get to experience all the different Mexican foods. Chorizo and homemade flour tortillas. Frijoles were so delicious 😋. We got to experience Menudo. Yummy 👍🏾 😋 Alot of beautiful fond memories from MY Mexican Aunties. I LOVE YOU…Aunties!!
Thank you for sharing this awesome video 📹. 😘🙏🏿❤️👍🏿

My Father would make chorizo and eggs every weekend he would put hatch green chili's, onions, and potatoes they were so good. I really miss him he passed away Labor Day weekend on the 5th of 2016 . He had knee surgery to put in fake knees and he got a blood clot in his calf and it broke loose and went to his heart ❤️ they lived out by Buckeye Arizona and it took to long for the ambulance and my step Mom and her son didn't know how to do CPR so he passed away by the front door and then my Mother passed away 6 months later to Lupus. 🥀 🕊️
