    Hi! This video is from 2016, so I don't know if I will get a reply or not.  I just discovered your channel.  When making bone broth, do I need to take off all the skin and meat from the bones before making it?  Thank you, Jessica, for this video!!!  : )

    Broth made from foil is used to heal the gut, beef bones for our joints, fish bones as a General healing broth for the whole body. Chicken wings make the best gelatinous broth. I use bay leaf, whale allspice, celery, onion, carrots and at the end when cooling, I stir in fresh parsley. I used to simmer my broth on my stove “perpetual broth” for 1-3 days and use it to steam veggies, make sauces, or just drink. We live off grid now so I make broth in our instant pot. I also will add our chickens feet and eggs shells if I have them on hand. Scientist have proven the vinegar doesn’t do anything
