    Just a thought for a video. What if you did a video “you know you are thrifty/homesteader/ etc when: like save your bacon grease, etc. I would love to hear all the little things people do daily to be economical.

    Could I pressure cook the bones the in the pressure canner? It works as both, right? If I pressure cooked them in the Presto, strained it into my largest stock pot (6 qt) then let the stock pot cool so I could skim it and eventually heat it up to liquify it, that'd give me enough time to clean the Presto between cooking the bones and using it to can the broth.

    Is there a good ratio of amount of bones to water? You added a lot of bones in that pot. Could you have used half those bones for one pot full and the other half for another pot full? Just wondering out loud.
