Love this pressure cooker!>>>ur2.pl/1035 I made Thai curry with chicken in 30 min and steamed rice in 6! I was a bit apprehensive as this is my first time using anything like this but getting started was pretty simple. It is important to follow instructions and "season" the seal. This would be a great gift for busy moms or really anyone who needs great food, super fast. I got this during prime day but will look for another deal around the holidays.
I just saw this video, but have been making this recipe for a year or so. It is awesome! And by the way, I cook this in my stove top pressure cooker with no problems with foaming up.

how could homemade stock not be an option? you literally just throw stuff in a pot and let time do the rest of the work.
Am I the only one jealous of the Control Freak induction top? I can't justify $1,800 on buying one but i'll be darned if I didn't want it.
1:46 You pronounce fond like fond instead of fond?
In seriousness, is it really "phoned" not "fawned"?
major missed opportunity not to play queens “under pressure”…
That looks delicious, and I really like the fish sauce idea!
Looks so good and I love barley 🙂
I know this is a terrible comment, but I don't have barley. Could I use quinoa instead?
Just be further warned that barley multiplies exponentially and drinks up all the liquids – use responsibly (bahahahaha).
Just be warned folks, if you don't eat barley often, there's a good chance your gutty works will not take too kindly to this delicious recipe.
It's totally worth it though.
