I must say this is one of the most unique recipe's I've seen on YouTube…..I'm wondering if it's ok to use a crock pot liner to help with clean up….looks like that might be a huge time saver at the end when the clean up happens….appears some of the cheese stuck to the side of the ceramic lining. I agree with other commenters that it reminds me more of a casserole, and this time of year, this is a welcome addition to my recipes….will try it for sure….thanks!!!
Recipe and cook method sound good. Precooking veggies would reduce water content in finished product.
Mmmm, I love this! A perfect way to enjoy all the yummy toppings of pizza, minus the dreaded carbs from the crust!! And of course, perfect for me since it's gluten free 🙂 It's kind of like a pizza casserole! hehe
