Air fryers take too long and hold too little quantity for me to find practical, plus they run on electricity rather than gas which I try to avoid like the plague where I live.

First off great videos. I have a question I know you both test your blood glucose levels after eating different foods or sugar alternatives. What about tapioca fiber? Have you ever tested something with tapioca fiber as in primal thin bars. They seem keto friendly but I heard that tapioca powder is like carbs and spikes your insulin. So many keto options that say keto friendly are actually not if it has tapioca powder. What do you think about that? Also have you ever had primal thin bars and if so did it raise your glucose?
