An Italian friend I have at work once told me that when he goes home to Bologna and his family make a ragu, they leave it simmering slowly all night! All night ! And the family take turns in waking up to give it a stir throughout the night ! Then the next day, at lunchtime they have the best tasting ragu known to man 👌🏻

Calling meat gray doesn't make it appealing to eat. He should say browning instead. Also WTF is the salt added so late? How can you cook something for hours without salt?
